Postage & Delivery

FREE POSTAGE - For all orders over $200, excluding thick saddle pads, large, bulky heavy items and saddles.

Free Postage where applicable will be applied after purchase.

 * Due to the high extra charge on postage to NT & WA  free postage and flat rate postage doesn't apply. We will still provide a discount on postage for these states.

These will be charged at the cheapest postage rate we can find.

Orders under $200 will incur a flat postage charge of $11.95 or less where applicable ( excluding bulky items, Saddles, Rugs, Saddle pads)

Goods will be sent via Australia Post Express Post satchels, where possible and all orders will have a tracking number.


We offer a wide ever changing stock range at very competitive prices, to be able to achieve this keeping stock levels lower in store to make sure we can offer a great price. Horses R us don't offer rush orders.

- Order processing 2 days ( in case of unavailable stock you will be notified asap)

- Delivery 3 - 12 working days excluding off site stock as below

- Off site stock ( some items are made to order or stocked off site) These items will be dispatched within 14-21 working days. We will advise you.

We wish to mention to our online customers that our stock levels change frequently, therefore some lines may be available for a limited time for online purchase. 

We do not accept International orders via this platform, please contact us directly if you would like to enquire about International orders.

Horses R us will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post or courier services for late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

If you have not received your goods within the 21 day period after dispatch, please contact us as your parcel may be awaiting collection.  It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.


Our website doesn't run live inventory so items might go to back order.
Should any of our products be back ordered, we will contact you asap to advise an approximate time frame for delivery. If you have multiple items in your order, we will generally send the items that are in stock and any remaining back ordered items will be sent when stock becomes available, with delivery at our cost if that is what you would like.
