Postage & Delivery

FREE POSTAGE - For all orders over $150, excluding thick saddle pads, large, heavy items and saddles.

 * Due to the high extra charge on postage to NT & WA  free postage and flat rate postage doesn't apply. We will still provide a discount on postage for these states.

These will be charged at the cheapest postage rate we can find.

Orders under $150 will incur a flat postage charge of $11.95 or less where applicable.

Goods will be sent via Australia Post Express Post satchels, where possible and all orders will have a tracking number.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within Australia once your goods have been dispatched. When an item is out of stock or not available we will advise you of any delay asap.

Items in store are posted 1-2 days after purchase. Some items are made to order or are stocked off site. These items will post within 2-14 days. If you select Express post the items with be sent Express as soon as they are ready for dispatch within the 14 day period.

We wish to mention to our online customers that our stock levels change frequently, therefore some lines may be available for a limited time for online purchase.  Some items may especially need to be purchased from suppliers and may take up to 21 days to be delivered in this case you will be advised asap.

If you require the item earlier we suggest you either call, or note in comment section on the order or email for delivery confirmation.

We do not accept International orders via this platform, please contact us directly if you would like to enquire about International orders.

Horses R us will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post or courier services for late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

If you have not received your goods within the 21 day period, please contact us as your parcel may be awaiting collection.  It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Back-orders:

Our website doesn't run live inventory so items might go to back order.
Should any of our products be back ordered, we will contact you asap to advise an approximate time frame for delivery. If you have multiple items in your order, we will generally send the items that are in stock and any remaining back ordered items will be sent when stock becomes available, with delivery at our cost if that is what you would like.
